Warranty and repairs

Every new piece carries its maker's full warranty, registered in your name when you buy it. Certified pre-owned pieces carry our own one-year warranty.

If something goes wrong

  1. Bring it to the showroom or arrange a collection with us.
  2. We check it on our bench and tell you what we find, usually the same day.
  3. Repairs under warranty are free; we deal with the maker so you do not have to.

Servicing

Mechanical watches want a service every five to seven years, turntables a check of the belt and cartridge every few years, film cameras a clean and a shutter test. We will remind you when the time comes, if you would like us to.

Do you service pieces you did not sell?

Yes, for the makers we carry. Ask at the counter for a quote before we start.

How long does a service take?

A turntable or a camera usually a week; a mechanical watch three to four weeks, including the time to regulate and test it.
