Anything else, ask the showroom. We would rather answer a question than sell the wrong piece.
Is everything authorised stock?
Yes. Every new piece comes from its maker or the maker’s official distributor, with the full warranty registered in your name.
Can I try something before I buy it?
Please do. Anything on display can be heard, held or worn at the counter; the listening room is by appointment so it is quiet for you.
What does ex-display mean?
A piece that has been on show in the showroom. It is inspected on our bench, reduced, and keeps the maker’s full warranty.
And certified pre-owned?
A piece someone owned before us, serviced and tested on our bench, sold with its service report and our own warranty.
How is it delivered?
Insured and signed for. Loudspeakers and larger systems can be delivered and set up in your room by our own team.
What if it is not right for me?
Return a new piece within thirty days, in its original condition and packaging, for a full refund.
